Complete the Merchant & Deposit Settings by creating a Merchant Account linked to Stripe. After validation, deposits activate and your first deposit arrives 2-3 business days later. The payout schedule is posted in your Merchant & Deposit Settings.
Are there any hidden fees?+
No. Snowball charges only the annual plan fee and per-transaction credit card processing fees. There are no additional platform fees, penalties, or hidden charges.
What is text-to-give and how does it work?+
Supporters text a unique Snowball number with a keyword (trigger word) to receive a link to a donation page. Each trigger word maps to a specific campaign. Available on Premium, Professional, and Enterprise plans.
What features are included in all plans?+
Every plan includes supporter management, bulk uploads, recurring donations, custom branding, training and support, reporting, unlimited admin users, donation notifications, incomplete donation reminders, automatic deposits, mobile-friendly donations, website widgets, and social sharing.
How does Snowball handle donor data migration?+

Can I change my campaign URL after creating it?+
Snowball generates page URLs from your campaign name. You can change the campaign name, but the URL itself cannot be updated. Support can help with typos or mistakes.
